Development Programme

In March 2004 we began a Development Programme that is fundamentally transforming the educational experience of our boys.  January 2008 saw the opening of the spectacular Clarendon Muse music centre and in June 2007, Old Boy, Josh Lewsey opened our state-of-the-art Sports Hall and Fitness Studio. In December 2008 we are embarking on the refurbishment of our Sixth Form Centre. We are also hoping to refurbish our beloved James Theatre which has served us well for the last 30 years or so but is now  in need of a major refurbishment. In addition, we are working with our catering contractors to upgrade our Catering Facilities

The activity of the past few years has been tremendous and we are rightly proud of what has been achieved through the careful management of assets and income. However, we have an annual funding gap of approximately 1.5% and we are consistantly one of the lowest funded schools in Hertfordshire. That is why we depend on donations to help us fund further building development and much needed equipment in all areas. We are appealing to you parents, Old Boys, businesses and friends of the School to work in partnership with us and help us realise our ambitions. With your ongoing support, we will be able to continue to develop generations of young men who can really make a difference.
